Can you believe that fat cells are biologically active? It sounds like a science experiment, however; in today’s era it seems many of us have the same problem- extra belly fat. Wouldn’t It be nice if there was something that could just zap it all away? Maybe that sounds too magical however; with these exercise you will be on the right track to making magic reality. First, work on losing overall body fat- think cardio + resistance training. For example, do cardio for 30-60 minutes with weight training. Muscles burn up more fat. Secondly, start to spot train your belly by doing sit ups. Thirdly, eat vegetables, lean protein, and stick to the good carbs. Just to give you a deeper look at what belly fat really is, is it is inflammation! Spooky. Cut out all the processed foods and replace them with anti-oxidant foods.

Exercise 1- Full Sit ups


Perform 10 full sit ups slowly followed by 10 quick full sit ups. 3 Sets.

Exercise 2- Twisted Sit Ups


Lie down on your back and twist to Your right toe 10x then switch legs. Perform 1st set slow with control, 2nd set faster, and the 3rd set the fastest. 3 sets.

Exercise 3- Sit up reach


Lie down on your back and bend your knees into your chest to come to seated positions.15-20 reps, 3 sets.

Exercise 4- Scissors


Lie down on your back and begin to Scissor your legs. Focus on your lower Core. Perform for 30-60 seconds.
