Image 1: Belly Tuck
Lie down on your back and pull your right knee in to your chest while extending your left leg out. Feel the stretch. Engage your core and gently switch legs. With each deep breath, alternate your legs as you press your belly into your spine. Option: Hold each rep for longer and deepen your breath. Perform 1 set, 10-12 reps.
Image 2: Lo- Rise Abs
From seated position, place your hands behind your back and open your chest. Engage your core and simultaenously as you exhale lift your legs upwards towards your chest. Avoid arching your back. Slowly lengthen your legs back down to the floor. Repeat 3 sets 10-12 reps. Option: Perform set 1 and 3 slowly, andset 2 quickly.
